Penja White Pepper

Penja white pepper from mineral rich volcanic soil of the highly fertile Penja Valley in Cameroon. This is as good as a peppercorn can get. The flavor of this pepper lingers. It is musky, earthy, delicate, and mild. It has a pure, polished taste with a mild hint of menthol.
