Directions for Use: ratio is 1:25, i.e. 1 oz of zobo mix to 25 oz of water. Entire 5 oz pack to 125 oz of water (about 15 1/2 cups). Pour out desired amount of mix in a pot, add water in the specified ratio, bring to a rapid boil for 20 minutes, and switch off the stove afterwards. Sweeten to taste, and let it cool afterwards. Seive before serving.
Does not come sweetened. Please sweeten to taste. Can be used hot like tea or cold for beverage.
