Ingredient: organic Nigerian palm fruit from Rivers State
Net weight: 225 grams (7.9 oz)
Direction: put the 225 grams of dehydrated palm fruit in a bowl, add 1 liter of hot or warm water, soak for at least 5 minutes, squeeze out the oil, and sieve afterwards to separate oil from pulp. Use the oil to cook, and freeze any leftovers for later use. Please note that this oil is not shelf stable (like palm oil) because of the water content, hence the need to freeze it.
