A beloved Nigerian snack that originates from Northern Nigeria, where peanuts grow in abundance. Kulikuli is a beloved snack loved by both children and adults. To make kulikuli, fresh peanuts are roasted and blended into a paste, after which they are pressed to extract the oil. This oil is called peanut oil (or kulikuli oil). The pressed peanut cake is mixed with spices, sugar, and salt, and then shaped into balls or flat patties and fried. It is so delicious!
