Abacha is a beloved Nigerian cassava dish that is popular among the Igbos. It is macde by cooking, shredding, fermenting, and air drying cassava. It can be soaked in water and eaten with coconut for snack (abacha mmiri), or it can be combined with ugba (fermented African oil bean seed).
