Stockfish is Norwegian Arctic cod, also called skrei, that is fermented and dehydrated by the sea using centries old technique of drying that involves exposing the fish to the elements (wind, sun, and rain) and temperatures of Northern Norway for months. The end result is a delicious fish with a pungent aroma, unique flavor, and impressive nutrition profile.
